KAS regularly interfaces with carriers and suppliers of choice through back-end electronic integration. HRIS and payroll integration is also available. Additionally, COBRA/HIPAA and FMLA administration can be obtained, removing the burden from your benefits team. A dedicated KAS administrative team is assigned to each account to ensure superior service and quality control. KAS also provides a fully staffed Call Center that can serve as an available resource to assist your employees with any benefits challenges they may have. The average speed of answer for an incoming call is under 14 seconds, and the team maintains an abandoned call rate of less than 1%.
