KTBSOnline is a benefits resource that will save you time and
money, while reducing the burden on your Human Resources department.
KTBSOnline gives
you and your employees quick, accurate answers about your benefits, whether at
your workplace, or by remote access. As a result, your employees will feel
better about their benefits, and you can take some pressure off your HR team.
KTBSOnline allows
you to check employee contribution levels, premium billing balances and payment
information. Plan history and online changes are also summarized, along with
plan information.
Links to payroll, physicians and call center service are available. You can
even create – and update- your employee directory though
KTBSOnline.
Routine – but time-consuming – tasks such as I.D. card requests, changing
benefit details and downloading forms or applications can now be dispatched
quickly and easily. It is also to view current plans and waiting periods, plan
history, and view or enter service comments. And if you need anything else your

customized links of particular interest to you. They can also access physician
links, or select personal links.
